Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed on our website, you may make changes to the order quantity or specifications, or request a cancellation, only before the order has been shipped. After shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel the order. To request changes or a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at hifpl.order@gmail.com as soon as possible.
In the event that we need to cancel an order due to pricing errors, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to do so. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be fully refunded within 7 business days. Please be aware that processing times may vary based on your bank’s policies.
Duplicate Orders
If you mistakenly place an order more than once, please contact our customer support team within 2 business days at hifpl.order@gmail.com. We will assist you in canceling the duplicate order and issuing a refund. Please note that you may be responsible for any courier expenses related to the return of duplicate orders. Refunds for duplicates will be processed within 7 business days, subject to your bank’s policies.
Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the order cancellation has been confirmed. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.
