Order Placement
To place an order, please complete the necessary billing and shipping details at checkout on our website. Our customer service team may assist with order placement if needed.
Shipping and Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, we will arrange for the product to be shipped from our warehouses in India. We aim to deliver within 2-10 business days from the order date, depending on the delivery address.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Ownership and risk for loss or damage transfer to the customer upon delivery. Deliveries are made through third-party courier and logistics providers or postal services, typically between 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
Delivery Confirmation
Our deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If someone other than the buyer signs for the package, we are not liable for any issues that arise thereafter. Please inspect the package upon receipt; once opened, we are not responsible for damages.
Claims for Shortages or Damages
If your order has any shortages or damages, notify our customer care team on the day of delivery via our “Contact Us” page. Additionally, please indicate the shortage or damage on the delivery proof slip before returning it to the delivery personnel.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping rates vary based on product weight, dimensions, and packaging needs. These charges are clearly displayed at checkout for your review before finalizing your order.
For orders of ₹750 or more, delivery is free. A ₹100 shipping fee applies to orders under ₹750.
